Product Policy Officer
1. Product Policy Development and Management
+ Draft, review, and update product-related policies, procedures, and regulations.
+ Develop fee policies, transaction limits, promotional programs, incentive schemes, and product operation guidelines.
+ Propose policy adjustments in line with business strategies and market demands.
2. Research and Analysis
+ Conduct market research and analyze competitors and Fintech industry trends.
+ Analyze product performance data and recommend policy improvements.
+ Assess the impact of new policies before implementation.
3. Product Implementation Coordination
+ Collaborate with Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Compliance departments.
+ Support the development of operational documents and product procedures.
+ Participate in the launch of new products, features, and business initiatives.
4. Compliance Monitoring
+ Ensure product policies comply with applicable laws and internal regulations.
+ Monitor policy implementation and effectiveness.
+ Recommend corrective actions for product-related issues.
5. Reporting and Training
+ Prepare periodic reports on product policy performance and effectiveness.
+ Develop presentation materials for Management and Executive Board meetings.
+ Support employee training on new product policies and procedures.

+ Good policy drafting, documentation, and process development skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
+ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
+ Good English proficiency is an advantage.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Management, Operations, Banking, Digital Wallet, Fintech, or related areas.
