AR Retail Officer
Roles & Responsibilities:
– Review and verify supporting documents and transaction report with daily cash collection, POS, and bank deposit
– Record/Import daily sales transactions from POS System and Reconcile with Accounting System in term of daily and monthly sale reports
– Prepare and assist in calculating royalty fees, marketing fees, and revenue sharing scheme for senior in-charge.
– Record the sale adjustment, rebate and ensure accurate revenue recognition
– Maintain complete sales documentation
– Reconcile supplier statements and settlement reports and work with AP/Stock Controller Officer or Store Manager for any discrepancies.
– Assist the team in managing the due dates and coordinate timely payment with Expense Team Regarding to Franchise Related Charges
– Prepare AR & AP schedules and management reports to prepare the amount due to and due from supplier
– Support month-end and year end closing and audit requirements
– Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.

Qualifications & Requirements :
– Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
– Minimum 2 years of AR or Revenue Accounting experience.
– Good knowledge of Excel and Any Accounting System
– Retail accounting experience is preferred, especially Mart.
– Has Attention to Details and Committed with the deadline
– Good Knowledge in Cambodian Tax is preferrable
– Able to Communicate Cross Department and Solution Based
– Good Observation Skill.
