GROUP FINANCE MANAGER/GFM ( $1.2 K to $1.7 K )
A Group Financial Manager, or Finance Manager, builds financial strategies and reports to help companies improve their financial health and meet their long-term goals. Their main duties include preparing an organization’s activity reports, creating financial forecasts and brainstorming ways to maintain or reduce company costs.
I-JOB DESCRIPTION:
1- BUDGETING
• Responsible for quarter-end, the bi-annual budgeting to develop accurate forecasts.
2- FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING:
• Lead accounting and Finance and training team the technical when required
• Follow up sale and cost, budget data compare to actual, Settle accounting policy and procedure for Companies
• Responsible for the closing and consolidation of the financial books (statutory and IFRS for SME); ensure timeliness, accuracy in the entries posted during the closing of the financial books.
• Follow up and review computation the Productions Cost, Root Cause analysis.
• Work closely with external auditors for financial audits for all sub-companies.
• Calculate key financial ratios and metrics and use financial analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
• Compare performance to industry benchmarks (Operation finance management, Revenue optimization, revenue assurance, and cost management, Finance analysis performance).
3- PLANNING
• Sale Plan with sale department for business sale trend.
• Production plan with production department for production supply chain.
• Provide recommendations on actions to be taken to improve the business outlook; independently drive the actions with the respective stakeholders.
• Ensure good quality and in-depth analysis (financial & operation) to support recommendations for business decisions; drive ad-hoc projects relevant for any investment feasibility studies.
• Maintaining time management to meet the dateline.
4- MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT
• Manage the respective functional teams to provide support
to ensure the efficiency of processes and a strong control posture (assigning job, supervising, coaching, and motivating staff).

A successful candidate for a Financial Manager role will likely hold several prerequisite skills and qualifications required to carry out their duties. As this is generally an executive level role, most candidates will hold bachelor’s or master’s degrees in Account an Finance or a related field along with several years of experience in the industry:
• Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
• Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports
• High-level experience with financial and/or accounting software
• Industry-specific qualifications as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong about the tax declaration advisories skills
• In some cases, Financial Managers will hold a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.
• Demonstrated strategic planning experience at a management level
• Experience in managing budgets and forecasting
• Experience in providing data analysis and producing reports
• High-level experience with financial and/or accounting software
• Industry-specific qualifications as required
• Strong communication and presentation skills
