Nurse
• Gathering patient information by conducting physical examinations and asking questions
• Ordering necessary diagnostic tests, such as blood work or diagnostic imaging
• Making informed diagnoses based on the findings of exams and tests
• Recommending treatments to ease symptoms, manage chronic conditions or cure illnesses
• Educating patients about self-care and lifestyle changes that can contribute to the success of a treatment
• Monitoring patients’ ongoing conditions and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Supervising and coaching other members of the care team to coordinate care for patients
• Updating patient medical records and ensuring that medical information is accurate and kept private
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or Master of Science in Nursing or post-graduate Certificate in Nursing or Doctor of Nursing Practice program and pass another exam to gain Clinical Nurse certification.
• 1 or 5 years of experience as a nursing.
• Advanced knowledge of medicine related to a certain specialty or field
• Strong oral communication skills to interact with patients and staff and explain complex medical terms in a simple, easy-to-understand way
• High-level written communication skills to write patient reports and develop clear, concise policies and procedures
• Leadership skills to coach, train and supervise members of the care team
• Deep understanding of standards of care, patient privacy laws and safety and infection control rules and regulations
• Analytical skills to interpret the results of diagnostic tests
• Problem-solving skills to select the right treatments for each patient and modify the care plan when required
• Computer skills to operate electronic medical records software, word processors, spreadsheets and email
