Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor (90% work on site)
➢ Understand site condition- Understand scope of work (Got information
from PM
➢ Must be at site to inspect critical work should do by yourselves, which
work should let's site must know which work coordinator do.
➢ Manager and teach site coordinator for site arrangement and awareness
Site preparation (Site hoarding, floor protection, fire exhausting, safety
equipment….etc).
➢ Arrange electrical/water usage, parking and toilet during construction
(base on site).
➢ Arrange/control sub-con.
➢ Acknowledge timeline of work (Got information from A.PM/PM).
➢ Understand drawing.
➢ Arrange schedule of work.
➢ Check and order material for using during construction.
➢ Arrange area for store materials (include debris during
Construction).
➢ Do daily report (Morning by post in the group, Evening summary the
work and do a file.).
➢ Check quality and speed of work
➢ Solve site issues (If can't, pass to A.PM/PM)
➢ Coordinate with Designer in charge if there's any issue with drawing.
➢ Call for weekly meeting with another department.
➢ Coordinate with Client Site Engineer.
