Mart Sales Manager 1,000$-1,500$ ( Phnom Penh )

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mart Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will lead the team, ensure customer satisfaction, manage inventory, drive sales, Effective Product Management and maintain operational excellence.

※ We are only hiring candidates with experience in a manager position at a supermarket.

Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Supervise and train store staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team motivation.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain stock.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and complaint resolution.
• Analyze sales trends and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular audits, prepare reports, and present performance updates to senior management.
• Handle cash management, budgeting, and daily reconciliation of sales.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries and best pricing.
• Implement and enforce store policies, promotional campaigns, and pricing strategies.
