FA/ Inventory Cost Account
1. Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules.
2. Monitor inventory transactions, stock movements, and reconciliations.
3. Perform inventory costing and valuation.
4. Support monthly closing and cost accounting activities.
5. Conduct physical inventory and fixed asset verification.
6. Analyze inventory variances, wastage, and obsolete stock.
7. Prepare accounting reports and support audits.
8. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.

1. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Professional accounting qualification is an advantage.

3. Technical Skills:
- Knowing the QuickBooks system, FieldBi, Advanced Microsoft Excel and other is
a plus.
- Inventory and cost accounting
- Fixed asset accounting and depreciation
- Financial reporting
- Understanding of CIFRS and accounting standards
4. Work Experience:
- Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution companies preferred.
- Hands-on experience with fixed assets, inventory management, stock
reconciliation, and cost accounting.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
