Operation Manager
1. Develop policies and procedures on logistics and warehouse management and operation
2. Coordinate effectively on day-to-day delivery and warehouse operation by strictly following SOPs
3. Set up monthly and yearly delivery plan based on sales target to ensure enough manpower and truck for on time delivery
4. Effectively use FieldBi system on delivery and warehouse operation and management including
documentation, reports and analysis
5. Company fleet management including cars, trucks, forklift and all types of vehicles with proper documenting
6. Strongly monitor on delivery in bound/ out bound, identify issues and weaknesses to make improvement
plans
7. Strongly lead and provide training to delivery team and warehouse team for improvement in operation and
discipline
8. Set up delivery team and warehouse team KPI and monthly evaluation to achieve best performance
9. Work collaboratively with cross-department to achieve a smooth internal operation including documentation,
daily reports, problem solving and other supports
10. Work closely and collaboratively with sales team on delivery to all distribution channels, retrieve feedback
on delivery from the market and make improvements
11. Plan and conduct monthly and yearly inventory audit with Finance department
12. Work closely with HR department to build safety protocol in warehouse, loading/unloading area

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CILT, APICS/CSCP, or Logistics & Supply Chain certifications are an advantage.

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, or Distribution
Operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Distribution, or Trading industries is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in warehouse operations, fleet management, and delivery planning.
• Experience in inventory control, stock management, and logistics performance optimization.
• Experience using ERP or logistics systems (e.g., FieldBI or similar platforms) is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, distribution planning, and supply chain management.
• Experience in developing and implementing SOPs, policies, and operational procedures.
• Strong capability in delivery planning, route optimization, and fleet utilization management.
• Knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and warehouse auditing processes.
• Experience in KPI setting, performance monitoring, and operational reporting.
• Understanding of health & safety standards in warehouse and logistics operations.
• Ability to manage inbound and outbound logistics efficiently and resolve operational issues.
• Experience in data analysis and reporting using logistics systems.
Leadership Competencies
• Strong leadership and team management skills for warehouse and delivery teams.
• Ability to train, develop, and motivate operational staff to achieve high performance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to coordinate across sales, finance, HR, and operations departments.
• Professional certifications such as CILT, APICS/CSCP, or Logistics & Supply Chain certifications are an advantage.
