Head of School: is responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and operational management of APIS. This role ensures academic excellence, fosters a positive school culture, and aligns educational strategies with institutional goals. The Head of School works closely with the COO and leadership team to drive growth, maintain compliance with educational standards, and enhance stakeholder engagement

1. Education: Master’s degree in Education, Leadership, Administration, or a related field (Doctorate preferred).
2. Training: Expertise in curriculum development, school leadership, accreditation standards, and strategic planning.
3. Work Experience: Minimum 7 years in school administration, leadership, or educational program management.
4. Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, team development, stakeholder engagement, and financial management abilities.
