Assist customers in selecting motorcycles that best meet their needs and budget.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
Prepare quotations, sales documents, and customer contracts accurately.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the finance, service, and registration teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Keep the showroom clean, organized, and ensure motorcycles are displayed attractively.
Stay updated on motorcycle models, features, prices, and competitor products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent after-sales support.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in indoor sales, showroom sales, or customer service; experience in motorcycle or automotive sales is an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Passion for motorcycles and willingness to learn about motorcycle products and features.
Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and email).
Honest, responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
Good command of Khmer; basic English is an advantage.
Willing to work Monday to Saturday and follow company policies.
