CRITICAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Architecture (strongly preferred). Candidates from Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Property Management, or other related fields may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, building layouts, space planning, and construction detailing.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or other architectural design software is an advantage.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Reliable and punctual, with good attention to detail.
- Able to commit to the full 3-month internship period.
