Vice chief in charge of Planning development (Vietnamese speaking) 1K$ UP
+ JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop business operation plans for the company on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Monitor, assess, and control the implementation progress of approved plans, ensuring that all activities stay aligned with the objectives and strategic directions set by the Board of Directors.
- Prepare reports on the performance and results of the implemented plans.
- Support the Planning Manager in organizing, managing, and supervising all activities related to the company’s planning function.
语言要求：English (Good)

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
•Native or near-native fluency in Vietnamese and strong English communication skills
•Minimum 2years of experience in this roles
•Excellent communication, organizational skills, positive attitude, good time management and leadership and employee development skills
•The ability to work under pressure and with personnel from all levels
•Be patient and able to deal with difficult situations
•Documented computer skills, computer literacy and technical skills
