Head Of Sales, Assistant Sales Manager
- Lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
- Identify and develop new hotel, hospital & institutional clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance & Operations
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance
- Coach and develop sales team members' skills
- Prepare regular sales reports for management.
