Patient & Hospital Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between Cambodian patients, medical specialists, and the administrative team at Apollo Hospital, Kolkata.
Medical Coordination: Manage patient inquiries, coordinate doctor appointments, transfer medical records, and clarify treatment plans for patients.
Hospital Ecosystem Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Apollo Hospital’s specialties, infrastructure, and international patient procedures to guide patients eﬀectively.
Travel & Visa Facilitation: Guide and assist patients through the medical visa application process, travel logistics, and accommodation arrangements.
Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive monthly updates and progress reports to the hospital management team.
