Lead daily factory operations and production planning.
Ensure production targets, product quality and safety standards are achieved.
Strengthening SOPs, production controls and factory KPIs.
Improve productivity, efficiency, maintenance and factory organization.
Build stronger systems and accountability across factory operations.
Lead, coach and develop factory supervisors and employees.
Establish clear roles and responsibilities.
Build a professional culture based on accountability, teamwork and respect.
Work closely with HR and other departments on workforce planning and development.
Maintain Tunsai Factory as a workplace where employees feel proud and valued.
Support development and testing of new products and technologies.
Identify opportunities to improve existing products and production processes.
Help develop the factory visitor experience.
Support hands-on ceramic activities where customers can experience making their own ceramic products.
Help connect Tunsai's modern products with Kampong Chhnang's pottery and ceramic heritage.
