Reviews/discussions/Planning/problem handling with Team related to sales and outstanding.
Ensure complete Customer Coverage Plan and keep a track by Team.
Ensuring 100% achievement of Team Monthly sales Targets set by the Company.
Guiding and Keep Team’s motivational level high.
