Field Research Assistant – On-Premise Beverage & Menu Audit
- Field Audits: Visit 30 assigned venues across Phnom Penh (~20 cocktail bars/hotels/restaurants and ~10 specialty liquor shops/supermarkets).
- Mobile Survey Logging: Complete a 3–4 minute Google Form entry for each venue visited.
- Photo Documentation: Capture clear photos of drink menus, spirit list prices, and backbar displays.
- Staff Engagement: Hold brief 2–3 minute conversations with venue staff or bartenders regarding top-selling imported spirits.
- Daily Reporting: Upload completed survey entries and photo logs on a daily basis.
