Collection Manager
- Lead and manage the Phone Collection Team and On-Site Collection Team (20+ staff).
- Manage, coach, and develop team leaders and their teams.
- Build and set collection strategies to increase recovery rates and reduce overdue loans.
- Track team performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for senior management.
- Analyze overdue loan data to find ways to improve results.
- Prepare monthly collection plans and track progress against targets.
- Review and approve loan restructuring and bad debt write-off recommendations.
- Handle customer requests such as early settlement and other collection matters.
- Make sure late fees and penalties are calculated correctly.
- Work with other departments to solve collection issues and improve processes.
- Keep accurate collection records and ensure full compliance with company policy.
