Commis II (Cook Helper)

• Commis II will be involved different assisting in kitchen and practicing the cooking skill by implementing them in the actual task throughout the kitchen.
• A Commis II will be also worked closely to Sous Chef and other Commis I to prepare the standard food with sanitation and safety.
• Cooking with personal hygiene and prepare food follow our kitchen recipe is your responsibility to ease the whole kitchen team. Other job assigned by Group Head Chef and Sous Chef.
